I apologize for the issues you have experienced. I noticed some areas on your connection that were in need of improvement and I have resolved them. I will keep watch on them to ensure the fix stays.
I have you subscribed to a 20Mb package not a 30Mb package. If this is incorrect and doesn't match your bill please contact the billing department so we can resolve this quickly.
You should be able to pull full speed now. Let me know if this is not the case.
