 Post subject: Very Slow Speeds

We have been experiencing very slow speeds over the last month. When we run a speed test we are getting 1 or 2 down and we have a 14 mbps plan. We get these speeds on wireless and with Ethernet connected to the modem. What is going on?

Hi jblyne,
I apologize for your slow speed issues. There are no network wide speed issues right now so your issue seems isolated.

I took a look at your connection and everything looks great. I assure you no unnecessary throttling is going on and you should see the speed you are subscribed too.

However if you do not see the speed you are subscribed too, please call our 24/7 tech support number (801-789-4999) and allow us to assist in resolving this issue.
